Our low, flat monthly rate allows your company to fully utilize Certified IT Solutions as your full-time information technology department. Our network administrators have overseen the design, implementation and maintenance of thousands of networks in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and will provide your company with the expertise necessary to properly budget, implement and maintain your computing environment.

Response Levels

  • Priority Level I (Emergency): An existing network is "down" or there is a critical impact to your business operations. Certified IT Solutions will commit any resources necessary to resolve the situation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will respond within one (1) hour after notification.
     
  • Priority Level II (Priority): Operation of an existing network is severely degraded, several computers are experiencing the same issue affecting business operation, or significant aspects of your business operation are negatively impacted. Certified IT Solutions will commit any resources necessary to resolve the situation during normal business hours and will respond within four (4) hours after notification.
     
  • Priority Level III (Problem): Operational performance of the network or a single computer is impaired while most business operations remain functional. Certified IT Solutions will commit any resources necessary to resolve the situation and will respond within sixteen (16) hours after notification.
     
  • Priority Level IV (Routine Maintenance): Planned upgrades, proactive maintenance, and other scheduled items that have little or no impact on the business operation. Certified IT Solutions will schedule a time to respond during normal business hours when time is available.
     
  • Priority Level V (Information or Assistance): Information or assistance on issues that clearly have no impact to business operation. Certified IT Solutions will respond as time permits or at the next regularly scheduled visit.
